In addition to 60-minute private personal training sessions, we offer 30-minute sessions as well. This helps those that are just beginning and time-crunched folks trying to squeeze in great workouts.  All one-to-one memberships include individualized personal training program design (our secret weapon), created specifically for your goals and updated every 4-5 weeks as you progress.
