Small Group Fitness Classes
At the heart of Aum Training Center's recipe for success is our fun and incredibly supportive community. If you're like most people, you’ve probably tried to lose weight on your own, but with your other responsibilities, you've struggled to find the time and motivation to consistently workout and eat right. Our smallgroup fitness classes are known for being high energy, highly motivating, and specifically designed to your needs. You'll be training with a small group of (up to) 4 other members. Research has proven that group fitness classes often provides greater results, thanks to the fun you have when training with friends. We offer a new array of semi-private group fitness classes every month, modifying your personalized fitness program to help you make consistent progress toward your goals. You’ll challenge your body in new ways. Plus, we love helping people making new friends, so you’ll make great new connections.
