These AUMazing ab and leg exercises can be done in the comfort of your own home using the best piece of equipment every invented…your body.

Workout details: perform 3-4 sets of 40 second intervals. 

Do the movements as a circuit with 20-40 seconds rest in between exercises. 

Beginners can rest longer between moves.

1️⃣ Reverse Lunge with Hop (40 sec each)
2️⃣ V-Ups
3️⃣ Single Leg Squats Off Chair (40 sec each)
4️⃣ High Plank with Anti-Rotation Dumbbell Taps
5️⃣ Leg Walkouts



Focus on starting slow and mastering technique before increasing speed of repetitions.
